Systems Awareness and Sensory Intelligence is the future.
Elizabeth Ross Holmstrom is a master speaker, facilitator, and collaborator. She has organized national client advisory conferences for Fortune 50 organzations, founded the DisruptHR chapter in Maine, and co-founded the Conscious Capitalism chapter in Portland. Since 2010, she has launched companies and programs to improve health and wellbeing for over 1 Million people, including bringing mindfulness and sensory intelligence practices into business to change how we work.
Today, Elizabeth is focused on Systems Awareness, leading a BEING Revolution.
We must create space for conversations about the systems we are all impacted by. How did we get where we are today? What kind of world do we want to create for ourselves moving forward?
Elizabeth uses research and scientific evidence gathered over two decades proving the need for ‘being” to compliment our “doing.” We have become a nation of doers. Let’s facilitate conversations and action on the importance of sensory intelligence and systems designed for regeneration, not extraction. Our senses separate humans from machines and they are needed now more than ever.

Keynotes:
Distracted by Design: Building from a decade of research on 100 years of how we work, Elizabeth shines a light on the business systems built for extraction, and the attention economy built for distraction. It is time to shine a light on the systems themselves and shift our efforts and attention to design how work and technology will fit into our lives as human beings in the future. We are not human doings.
It’s the System, and Everything is a System: Business, Sick-Care, Food, Education, Finance, Justice, and beyond. If we want to live in a world where human beings thrive in concert with the planet, we must talk about the systems and how they are designed for maximum extraction and wealth accumulation for a small percentage of beings. Through awareness, and dialog, we can unite to create systems to serve more people.
The Power of Pause: Human beings require Pause to operate at our highest level of impact. Our neurology and biology require space for thinking and connecting information with our experience. Eighty-five percent of people do not pause for 60 seconds in a day. Have you had an aha moment in the shower, while walking, or driving? We have the ability to create aha moments at day long.
Energy Awareness and Management: We are energy beings. Through quantum physics, we know that we are connected to everything. Our greatest power can be accessed in how we use and respond to energy. Most of us have not been taught how to regularly check in and manage energy throughout the day for higher impact and resilience.
Elizabeth’s teaches a powerful practice using “To Me, By Me, Through Me” energy awareness, that reshapes how we respond to external and internal mindsets and influences, to be more in flow.
Curiosity vs Knowing: The systems of business and education reward “being first” and “knowing all the answers”, yet this is not how human beings are meant to work and relate with each other. We are tribal and we are meant to collaborate for the highest creation and impact. It’s impossible to co-create without curiosity and listening. When we let go of knowing, we can move to expansion and creative solutions, collaboratively.
Transformation includes discomfort and sometimes challenging conversations. Elizabeth facilitates conversations allowing for emotions without getting trapped there. We create safe space to dialog, to be seen, and heard. Only in safe psychological space can we access our greatest skills and creativity, while drawing out the best in each other.
When people are engaged and valued, they evolve together.
