Meet the Founder

Elizabeth Ross Holmstrom

Elizabeth serves as a strategic guide and facilitator with professionals and businesses on their inner work journey; bringing compassion and joy into the process. She provides sage insights, strategic communications, and collaborative facilitation to people and organizations.

Her experience includes thirty years of innovative program design and development; specializing in engagement turnarounds. She served as VP, Health and Wellbeing for a Global Fortune 100 financial services company, National Accounts Team Lead and relationship strategist for a Fortune 50 company; and as an entrepreneur, she has co-founded 3 small business start-ups and a mid-size growth-stage company.

For more than two decades she has been on her own inner journey. She graduated from the Institute for Civic Leadership, has participated in multiple Outward Bound professional development experiences, has taught mindfulness practices within organizations and to individuals since 2016, and has lead human development efforts in large and small organizations.

Elizabeth is passionate about community growth and evolution.  She co-founded the Conscious Women’s Leadership Forum, the Conscious Capitalism Chapter in Portland, Maine, and DisruptHR Portland. In November 2023, she presented on Inner Development Goals at the inaugural  World with Purpose summit in Dubai, leading up to COP28.

Through her collaborative faciliatation and tools, clients are able to evolve relationships, beginning with self-awareness, and impact, and expanding to eco-system thinking.

To balance her life, Elizabeth’s is fueled by forest adventures, singing and songwriting, community, adventures in Ruby the campervan, boating on Casco Bay, improv cooking, mountain biking, and quarry swimming along the coast of Maine.
