Distracted by Design: Building from a decade of research on how we work, Elizabeth shines a light on: Business systems built for extraction, and The Attention Economy built for distraction and division. We create awareness that all things are systems, man-made and nature. The great question for our time is how do we as BEINGS want to respond to these systems? How do we step out of screens, apps, and work addiction into living the fullest versions of ourselves?
The Power of Pause: Human beings require Pause to operate at our highest level of impact. Our neurology and biology require space for thinking and connecting information with our experience. We teach methods of micro-resets and pause for purposeful response, rather than reaction. It is time to move from stress to calm, and from stress to joy.
Energy Awareness and Management: We are energy beings. Through quantum physics, we know that our greatest power can be accessed in how we use and respond to energy. Most of us have not been taught how to regularly check in and manage our energy for higher impact and resilience. Elizabeth’s dives deep in a highly interactive exploration of “To Me, By Me, Through Me.” These energy check-ins can profoundly influence how we respond to external and internal mindsets; operating from a place of flow and responsiveness.
Curiosity vs Knowing: The systems of business and education reward “knowing all the answers and being first”, yet this is not how human beings are meant to work and relate with each other. We are meant to work with collective intelligence and co-creation, which requires curiosity and listening. Elizabeth shares a framework of W.O.A. to move from Waiting to Answer to Curious Listening. These practices help us move from boss to coach and from competition to collaboration.
Transformation includes discomfort and sometimes challenging conversations. Elizabeth facilitates conversations allowing for emotions without getting trapped there. We create safe space to dialog, to be seen, and heard. Only in safe psychological space can we access our greatest skills and creativity, while drawing out the best in each other.

In these program sessions, we expanded self awareness through the Power of Pause. We introduce Energy Awareness to connect with others and increase impact, and we explore Curiosity vs Knowing to heighten creativity and co-creation at work.
The is a virtual course that begins with a 2-hour session and then 90-minutes for sessions 2-5. The program ends with team presentations and a closing ceremony that is co-created with the participants. Certificates are awarded to those who attend and engage in all sessions, and participate in the closing presentations and ceremony.
